I used to live the batshit crazy life running at breakneck speeds from work, to kids, to spouse, to community, to... it never ended and I felt like I was doing it alone. Even with everything I had going on, I never felt fulfilled. In fact, I used to say "I don't know what I want to be when I grow up", because I was convinced that this couldn't be it.
Then one day my body started to breakdown and I realized that if I didn't shift my life, and more specifically how I was treating myself, then I would never make the impact I desired for my world and still feeling amazing doing it.
