Welcome to Simply Wellness Kitchen Today I made up a new recipe with some lamb chops from our local Double Gum Tree Farm. They turned out amazing! And with kale, onion, garlic, potatoes and sweet potatoes from our local organic farms courtesy of Sage Roots, this qualifys as simple local healthy eating! My kind of cooking does not need to be followed exactly. Add in your own ideas or use some of these ideas but for a different recipe... just have some fun! I hope you find it useful. I never knew that there are tips and step by step procedure to make this dish. I want to ask some help from my parents for this dish to be prepared. We will all do it in the kitchen and I will write the tips in a notebook so that I will not forget the needed steps. The moment that the preparation is done will be the time to eat it, we will eat it with a happy face. We always eat fish, pork, and other meats, but this dish is lamb and for that we will taste a new food in our mouths. This may give the awkward feeling but we will see the difference.
