Tuesday, June 5, 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. In part 1, we'll be examining where overwhelm comes from so you can learn to recognize when it's coming and what you can do to keep it from taking hold.
Wednesday, June 6, 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. In part 2, we'll talk about increasing our energy and "stress buffer" so that we're better prepared to handle what life throws our way.
Thursday, June 7, 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. In part 3, you'll get tangible, simple steps to create your own plan so that you can take back your health, kick stress to the curb and live the life you dream about.
