This is a 3-part online workshop geared specifically towards professional women. Ladies, please note, that when you register, you will be signed up for ALL THREE dates.

Tuesday, June 5, 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. In part 1, we'll be examining where overwhelm comes from so you can learn to recognize when it's coming and what you can do to keep it from taking hold.

Wednesday, June 6, 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. In part 2, we'll talk about increasing our energy and "stress buffer" so that we're better prepared to handle what life throws our way.

Thursday, June 7, 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. In part 3, you'll get tangible, simple steps to create your own plan so that you can take back your health, kick stress to the curb and live the life you dream about.

This is true. I may have been trapped by stress a lot of times. It has fooled me into thinking it's alright for me not to finish what I am supposed to do on time. I thought I had to heal from something rather imaginary because while we may have real problems or issues, the stress that we are feeling is all in our heads. We cannot face problems head on if we are stressed. It's alright to rest but don't forget your deadlines because if you don't meet them, you will have more reasons to get stressed.
