At Simply Wellness, we design individualized plans that will work with you no matter your goals, the obstacles you face, or where you're starting. We do not offer "diets", or "quick fixes". What we offer is help in changing your lifestyle so that your health reflects your desires. In other words, we help you learn a new way of living. Plus you will be part of a greater community of people who are also on this same journey. 

Simply Wellness provides 3 basic plans: (1) A 6-Month Program that really allows those new habits to settle in. Research shows it takes 3-6 months for new neural pathways to develop. We're here for that entire time to make sure you have the support you need to fully acclimate to your new amazing life. This is especially critical for those who feel like they need an overhaul in more than one or two areas of their wellness. (2) A 14-Day Detox for those who have already gone through one of the longer programs, or those with a solid base but needing a health reboot. (3) Ongoing coaching services for those who wish to continue to work with a coach after the completion of a program, or those needing additional support in their health and wellness journey.

During this amazing 5-Month program, you will form an achievable and sustainable plan for healthy living, have regular individual coaching sessions, participate in daily tracking to keep you on task, and recieve a wealth and variety of information and tools geared towards making this a success for life.

Additionally, we encourage clients to participate in group gatherings (in person or online) each month. It's a wonderful way learn from others, garner support, and keep you on track to forming new, life-long habits.

Our 14-day detox program offers a quick and easy solution to help reset your body. I complete this detox once or twice a year myself when I feel life getting out of control and I need to reset my base. And I always feel so great by the end!

The 14-day detox is especially great for those of you who have already been in the 3 or 6 month programs or anyone who has a solid base for healthy, simple living and is just in need of a little nudge to get back on track after one of life's many road bumps.

Please note: Although there is a wealth of information in this program, unless healthy living is already a habit of yours, you will find it hard to sustain any changes over time without the proper support. For that, please see our 6-month program.

Sometimes going through an established health program is a great way to start, but it might not be enough for the long haul. For others, your health concerns might be more specific and need some extra care and attention. 

In these instances, I also offer ongoing coaching support for those who just need to meet individually and gain support for the particular health need at the time. 

You can purchase individual sessions, or groups of sessions at a discount. Schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions; whatever works with your schedule and needs so that you can finally feel like your true vibrant self!

Program Goal: Improve your health and establish new, lasting habits

There are 4 main areas of health: Nutrition, Sleep Habits, Exercise/Movement, and Stress Management. All 4 of these are reliant on, and affect the other areas of your health. This program addresses all four aspects of health spread out over an extended period of time, allowing you to find your own “sweet spot” with each and see how they all work together. This program will also address what I refer to as sustainability, or how to ensure that your health is sustainable for both you and your environment. If it’s not sustainable, it won’t work!
 
Each month, we’ll focus on a different area of your health for an all-encompassing program that will allow you to develop enduring habits to promote a lifetime of vibrant health.
            Month 1: Nutrition
            Month 2: Sleep
            Month 3: Exercise
            Month 4: Stress Management
            Month 5: Sustainability
            Month 6: Putting it all together!

​Monthly Overview:
  • A 1-hour coaching session to create plans and goals for the month.
  • Each week, you will receive guidelines, handouts, and other materials to help you understand how specific drivers of your own health interact with your lifestyle choices. The goal is to help you make simple, informed modifications to your daily life to improve your health and wellness.
  • Every 3rd week of the month, you will have the opportunity to chat with others who are also going through this program, share notes, offer support, and see how everyone is progressing on their own health journey.
  • Two weeks after your coaching session, we’ll have a structured check-in to see how you’re doing with your goals.
  • Daily logging of your activities and progress via easy to use personalized software (on your smart phone and/or computer).
  • Access to the Simply Wellness Coaching Facebook page where you can ask questions, interact with other participants, and build community support

14-Day Detox

​This is a program I developed to help individuals detox from the effects of sugar in our diets. It's a great program to help you jumpstart your way to a healthier you. It also is wonderful for those whose health has been derailed (i.e. illness, holiday splurging) and need a quick way to get back on track to feeling better. In fact, every January I take part in this exact detox as well! It helps me start the New Year off feeling my best!

First, we'll meet to introduce you to the program, give you all the details, and make a plan for you to get set up. I typically suggest then giving yourself up to a week to get everything ready. The preparation time for a detox can be just as important as the detox itself. It allows you to have a better experience and not feel like you're rushing through something new. In addition, I am available to answers any and all questions that you have during this preparation time. 

The detox itself is for 14 days during which time you should feel improvements in mood and sleep, a reduction in cravings and snacking, and overall better health. During the detox, we'll have daily check-ins to track your progress and see how things are going (don't worry... it takes just a minute or two from your computer or phone). Once the 14 days are over, we'll meet again to talk about your experience and outline new habits that will be helpful in maintaining your new feelings of health!
